Parish Life
"The ministry of lay persons is to represent Christ and his Church; to bear witness to him wherever they may be; and, according to the gifts given them, to carry on Christ’s work of reconciliation in the world; and to take their place in the life, worship, and governance of the Church."
.........
"The duty of all Christians is to follow Christ; to come together week by week for corporate worship; and to work, pray, and give for the spread of the kingdom of God."
The Catechism
BCP, pp 855-56
............
The words of the Catechism call each of us into the ministry of the Church. Trinity answers that call with an active parish life of programs and activities encompassing everything from worship, to world mission, to our website. The Parish Life Committee is a new committee of the vestry established for the purpose of assisting, coordinating, and evaluating the programs of the parish.
To get involved and learn more about the parish – and to help the parish learn more about you – please complete a Time and Talent Form and submit to the parish office.
